Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship from our U.S. warehouse and arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number within 1–2 business days of your order. Allow a little time for the carrier to update it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $50 ship free.

Returns & guarantee

What's your return policy?
Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out right away.

How do I choose the right shade of the Root & Hairline Powder?
It's buildable, so when in doubt go one shade lighter and layer up — it blends more naturally than going too dark. Between two shades? Add a second to blend a perfect match.

Will the powder rub off?
It's water- and sweat-resistant; a light mist of hairspray locks it in until you wash it out.

Orders & payment

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
