Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trendline. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few days longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active.

Delays
Trendline is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at support@whiskerandwag.co with your order number and we will make it right.
